A comfort zone has been defined as a “psychological state in which things feel familiar to a person and they are at ease and (perceive they are) in control of their environment, experiencing low levels of anxiety and stress.” Comfortable, for sure, but not much inspiration or growth going on there!

I am enjoying the audio feature. And I love the idea that living a small or bigger existence depends on what motivates your choices. Hope or fear.
I listened to the audio while I worked today which was a great feature! I also liked the bit about combining a personal strength like love of nature with a need to exercise more.
